I love this gratitude game! Cant wait to test it out with our family and get these conversations flowing. Love these tips too ✨ Honestly have been thinking of cuter ways to practice “thanks giving” without the holiday tied around it- so this was very well timed for us 🙌

Gratitude is an all year journey :)

I’m glad the timing lined up just right!

This was wonderful! Gratitude is important for the giver and receiver! I plan to show more gratitude openly so my children can model it.

I love this. I used to say what I’m thankful for with my first son when it was just us going to sleep but I have gotten out of the habit since my second was born. Need to implement some of this with the family!!

I’m glad you brought up the changes after having a second child. I feel the same way. Things I did with my first son I seemingly overlooked the second time around until it popped up in my head again.

Thank you for sharing with me! 💛

I love this. It really resonated with me because it’s something I’m practicing daily; both for myself and as a way to show my son what it looks like to live with gratitude. I especially appreciate the idea of making intentional eye contact when expressing thanks. Such a simple gesture, but so powerful. Thank you for sharing these tips. 🙏🏾

I’m glad it resonates 😊 intentional eye contact is one of my favorites. My older son is 3 and he picked up on this. Now he makes sure he has my full attention and eyes engaged when he wants to say something important lol. From reading your work, I think our sons might be close in age ! 🫶

Yes, my son is 3. They really are little sponges at that age. Like you said, our children absorb far more from what we practice than from what we say. Whether we realize it or not, they’re always watching. Lol. 😊
